RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. If there are serious problems such as shipping errors, please contact us immediately to replace the product for free.
2. If you find non-artificial quality problems (oil leakage from the removable foreskin, serious discoloration, etc.) within 7 days after receiving the package, please contact us immediately to replace the product for free. (EMS/DHL customs declaration fees need to be borne by yourself)
3. If the product is damaged due to improper use within 30 days, please pay 25% of the labor fee and postage of the product for replacement (only once).
4. If the product is damaged due to improper use within 90 days, please pay 50% of the labor cost and postage for replacement (only once).
5. If the 3D foreskin series is damaged due to improper use or external force, it cannot be replaced with a new one.
Silicone implants are one-piece products.
Do not use sharp objects (such as scissors, needles, nails, etc.) to damage the silicone during use.
Once damaged, it is difficult to repair, please note!
